Zoho Freelancer (Inventory & Books Specialist)

We are seeking an experienced Zoho Freelancer to support us on a project aimed at enhancing and automating business processes for a Retail Trader.

The client operates across:

Retail Store

B2B Clients

D2C / Online Platforms (Shopify / Amazon / Noon)

Delivery via self or Aramex

Service arm managed through Zoho FSM

Accounts managed in Zoho Books

Warehouse managed in Zoho Inventory

Responsibilities:

Enhance and streamline processes in Zoho Inventory & Books (FSM optional).

Build custom modules, workflows, and reports in Zoho Creator.

Ensure smooth integration across Zoho apps & third-party tools.

Translate business process maps into actionable Zoho solutions.

Provide regular updates and troubleshoot issues.

Integrate with Amazon, Noon, Shopify, and Aramex.

Requirements:

3+ years hands-on experience with Zoho Inventory & Books.

Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, and workflows.

Previous experience with finance, inventory, or order management.

Excellent English communication.

Proactive with strong ownership.

Preferred:

Experience with Zoho Flow, Zoho Analytics.

Knowledge of e-commerce workflows (B2B & B2C).

Experience in multi-country operations and large-scale integrations
