Zoho Fleet & CRM Setup

My first objective is to build a Zoho-based fleet module that keeps every vehicle’s service history, part replacements, and upcoming maintenance schedules in one place and then nudges me automatically when regular maintenance check-ups, license and registration renewals, or insurance renewals are due.

Once that foundation is solid, I also want a light CRM layer that will let me log errors and calls for current and future customers, together with a small HR corner to manage staff records and basic workflows—ideally all under the same Zoho umbrella (Creator, CRM, People, or the tools you feel are best).

Key deliverables
• Vehicle database with fields for service history, part replacements, and next-due maintenance
• Automated reminders covering maintenance check-ups, license/registration renewals, and insurance renewals
• Error & call logging screen tied to client records
• Simple HR module for employee files and routine HR actions
• Clean, role-based dashboards and email/notification flows

Everything should be native to Zoho so it can scale as we grow and stay easy for my team to maintain without outside code.
