Zoho Creator for Construction Management App
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
We need a Zoho Creator specialist to build a turnkey construction-management application that:
Lets sales start a project, choose Core / Swift / Biz + Lite / Plus / Luxe, enter site area, then swap or upgrade materials (steel, cement, bricks, MEP, finishes, etc.).
Auto-calculates material quantities from formulas (Area × factor) and shows live cost/ft² plus grand total.
Generates a PDF agreement (Writer template) → client signs offline → sales uploads the signed scan.
Creates a customisable payment schedule (any stages, % split, cheque # and deposit date); pushes each stage to Zoho Books as a draft invoice and pulls payment status back.
After signing, moves the job to Ongoing where supervisors log phase % complete, photos, POs, material consumed vs purchased, and subcontractor expenses.
Sends automatic reminders 3 days before each cheque’s deposit date and weekly progress/photo updates to the client.
Dashboards: active/completed jobs, revenue collected, outstanding payments, delays, material wastage.
Deliverables: fully-working Creator app (web + mobile), Books integration scripts, cheque-reminder schedule, sample data, and brief hand-over training.
