Zoho Creator Workflow App

I need a custom Zoho Creator application that streamlines three core areas of my business: employee management, inventory control, and day-to-day operations. The build must feel native on desktop screens first, as that is where my team works most of the time; future tweaks for mobile or tablet are a bonus but not essential for this phase.
Within the app I expect:
• Employee records (employee lifecycle , Leave management and attendance system)
• Product inventories
• Operational workflows
Forms, views, and automated workflows should connect those data sets seamlessly, letting supervisors see real-time stock levels, assign staff to tasks, and track the progress of each job without hopping between spreadsheets. Role-based access, clean dashboards, and simple reporting are important so different departments only see what they need.
Deliverable: a fully functional Zoho Creator app installed in my account, ready for everyday use, plus a brief hand-off session (video call or annotated walkthrough) so my staff can maintain basic edits on their own.
