Zoho Creator Work - Create a Creator App to Tender Out Product Pricing - Customer & Vendor Portal

I require a simple application build in Zoho Creator for Customer and Vendors. Either customise a pre-made one or build from scratch. Sample customer journey is attached for reference and some example screenshots.
Application needs to integrate to Zoho to track quotes from each customer under account/contact and show the status of each quote.
Database of car makes and models provided with the task.
Vendors need to be able to sign-up join the portal too.
