Zoho Creator Vehicle Expiry Manager
Budget: ₹3,000 – ₹7,000 INR
I want a lightweight Zoho Creator application that keeps my fleet of roughly twenty vehicles and pieces of equipment compliant at a glance. Each record must capture vehicle number, type, division, every key expiry date (insurance, PUC/emission, FC, road tax, permit, next service date and service kilometre), plus file uploads for RC, insurance, tax, permit and service bills.
The heart of the app is a list-view dashboard that automatically sorts the nearest due items on top and lets me toggle a quick “Expiring Soon” filter so the team can focus on what needs attention next. When a date approaches, the system should push an in-app notification; no emails or SMS are necessary for now, but the logic should be modular so I can add those channels later if I choose.
I also need:
• A simple admin screen to add or edit vehicles and update documents in seconds
• A maintenance history tab within each vehicle record to log services or repairs
• Mobile-friendly pages so mechanics and office staff can work from phones or tablets
Because we already use Zoho, the solution must live entirely inside Zoho Creator and follow best-practice Deluge scripting so future changes stay easy.
