Zoho Creator Portal MVP

I want a lightweight client portal built in Zoho Creator that my customers can log into through a custom domain. The main goal is to let them follow their jobs from start to finish while giving them the same bill-related visibility they already have in Zoho Books.

Core functions
• Job tracking dashboard that pulls each Trello card belonging to the client and shows a clear, chronological list of status updates. A simple webhook or Trello API call is fine as long as the sync is near-real-time.
• Client messaging inside the portal so the conversation stays tied to a specific job. Basic text threads are enough for this first version.
• File upload and download so both sides can add briefs, proofs, or final assets.
• Embedded Zoho Books portal section showing invoices, payment status, client account details—essentially the full Zoho Books client-portal experience without forcing users to jump to a separate site.

Deliverables
1. Zoho Creator app (.ds file) with all forms, views, Deluge scripts, and API connections.
2. Working Trello integration (keys, tokens, and setup guide).
3. Portal URL on my domain with basic branding applied.
4. One-page hand-off document covering how to add new Trello boards or Zoho Books organisations.

Acceptance criteria
– A test client can log in, see their active jobs with live Trello status updates listed, send a message, and upload a file.
– Same client can open the Books section and view/download their latest invoice and payment history.
– All data updates correctly after a manual Trello card move and an invoice payment recorded in Zoho Books.
