Zoho Creator Migration from Podio

We are looking for a Zoho Creator expert to support us in the migration of our current Podio system, which we've been using for over 10 years.

Current setup:

Over 20 workspaces and dozens of interconnected apps.

Hundreds of fields and automated workflows using Globiflow.

Complex structure: production, clients, orders, invoicing, HR, sales, etc.

Non-technical internal team — we need a future-proof and user-friendly system.

What we need:

Strategic consulting on how to structure and migrate to Zoho Creator.

Support in creating the base app structure (apps, relationships, layouts).

Replication (or improvement) of existing Podio workflows and logic.

Basic training for our internal team to ensure long-term autonomy.

Help with data import, testing, and quality control.

Preference for freelancers with hands-on Zoho Creator experience (not just CRM).
Previous migrations from Podio, Airtable, Smartsheet or similar platforms is a big plus.
Clear communication, staged delivery, and practical, business-oriented mindset required.
