I’m building a Zoho Creator application to keep my truck and trailer fleet running smoothly—think of a streamlined, in-house version of what Fleetio offers, but tailored to my exact workflow. The core of the app must revolve around two capabilities: reliable maintenance scheduling and detailed repair tracking.
For maintenance, I need an intuitive calendar that lets me set service intervals by mileage, engine hours, or date, then notifies drivers and shop staff automatically. On the repair side, every job card should capture both the full repair history and the associated costs so I can spot trends, budget accurately, and compare vendors over time. A quick dashboard that highlights overdue services, upcoming work, and month-to-date spend will be essential for daily decisions.
I already run the rest of my operation inside Zoho One, so the build should leverage Creator’s low-code tools, standard Deluge scripting, and the native Analytics connector for reporting. Once complete I expect:
• A fully deployed Zoho Creator app with responsive pages for desktop, tablet, and phone
• Sample data pre-loaded so I can validate workflows immediately
• Clear hand-off notes or a short Loom video explaining the key forms, workflows, and any custom functions
