Some Key Points of this project:
• Setup up all leads forms from wordpress backend, skin club cosmetic doctors .com.au , skin club australia .com.au, skin club .com.au....
• Help setup SKU and shop.skinclubaustralia.com.au into CRM zoho so that all shopify purchases are clearly displayed onto customer profiels... All purchases of skin care etc are clearly displayed.
• Setup up a new dashboard that shows actions clearly and in a simple way for all staff to read in a zoho creator app, Currently setting tasks etc... and follow ups is via zoho CRM
• Use the current zoho creator app for Doctors requirements and make sure it sync's in with the CRM , and crm data when updated shows up on ZOHO CREATOR APP (will need further analysis of the those requirements from me)
• Fix forms for patient sign in ( converting the lead into a contact )
• Improve zoho desk utility etc
