Zoho Creator Custom ERP Build

I want to move our day-to-day operations onto a single Zoho Creator application that feels like a true ERP, not a scattered set of forms. The core modules I need you to build are:

• Inventory Management – real-time stock tracking, multi-warehouse support, batch/serial logging, and simple barcode handling.
• Accounting – purchase and sales ledgers, expense capture, basic P&L and balance-sheet views that sync cleanly with Zoho Books later on.
• CRM – contact records, deal stages, follow-up reminders, and an activity timeline that my sales reps can update from mobile.

Primary users will be the sales team and our warehouse staff, so every screen must be fast on phones and tablets. Role-based permissions are essential: sales should view customer data and raise orders; warehouse staff should only see pick/pack/ship functions and stock adjustments.

Reports I rely on:

• Sales performance by rep, product, and date range
• Live inventory levels with reorder alerts
• Order-fulfillment dashboards showing pending, packed, and shipped status

Please structure the app with clean Deluge code, meaningful form names, and reusable workflows so we can extend it later without rewriting. Once complete, hand over the full .ds file or share access to the Creator workspace along with brief documentation of every function, schedule, and integration used.

Acceptance criteria
1. All stated modules working end-to-end inside one Zoho Creator app.
2. Role permissions verified with test logins for Sales and Warehouse.
3. The three report types load in under five seconds on standard 4G.
4. Source delivered and passes a quick walkthrough session with me on Zoom.
