Zoho Creator Application
Budget: $200 – $500 AUD
I am looking to create / edit a pre-existing ZOHO Application into a new updated one. A brief background, I operate a business which deals with the recovery of motor vehicle claims and I have been using a ZOHO Creator Application with success. However, the previous owner is no longer doing recovery work anymore and has allowed me to take the application and make it my own. I would like to use the pre-existing ZOHO Creator Application as I know it works and update it to the most recent version of creator as it was previously created on an older version. Before updating the application, I would like to do some house cleaning on the current application. I need your assistance for the following:
• To remove quite a few forms and scripts which are no longer needed or necessary (I will let you know separately which ones are no longer needed).
• Update the current scripts so they work with what I need i.e., emails being sent to new addresses etc.
• Create a portal for clients who are signing up with my company (this will allow them access to a dashboard and their own files with live updates as my team and I are working on them). This portal will also allow the clients to upload documents and notes etc.
• Create a dashboard with all the relevant and important information (I will provide this later).
• Create a separate link / host where the clients can complete the claim forms digitally (the form has already been completed, it needs some slight edits with scripts and the content).
• To update the application to the newest ZOHO Creator.
• I would also like to add new forms and reports to the current application.
• I would also like to link the current application of zoho to my actionstep application (e.g., when we create a file on zoho it creates a file on actionstep with all the relevant details and reference number).
• I would also like to create greater automation in the current system and would like your assistance with this.
Can you please let me know if you are able to do this as well as the timeframe and costs associated with it. Also, I would like to get your opinion/s on the current application and how we can make it better, efficient and look more presentable.
