Project Overview
This project aims to enhance the Intrinsic Value mobile app and develop a robust admin portal using Zoho Creator or Zoho Connect. The platform will manage client interactions, educational content, and investment insights, with role-based access and user-specific content delivery.
Core Modules
1. Authentication & User Management
User App: OTP login (SMS + WhatsApp); differentiate free vs. HNI users (using Aadhaar/Digio). Capture user details like profession, capital, GST, etc.
Admin Portal: Admin/Moderator login with RBAC. Admins can add free users (basic info only).
2. Feed Management
User App:
Two feeds: Public and HNI-exclusive.
Posts/polls with likes, comments, bookmarks, shares, and filters (e.g., category tags).
HNI tags visible; CTA for free users to upgrade.
Embedded Zoho SalesIQ for chat; push notifications and deep linking on shares.
Admin Portal:
Create/manage posts (public/HNI).
Moderate/edit/delete comments.
Future: Reported posts, view count.
3. HNI Stock Channels
User App:
HNI-only content channels; unread updates shown with badges.
Media support, reactions, no screenshots allowed.
Free users see overlay CTA to upgrade.
Admin Portal:
Create channels & updates (text/image/video).
Auto-send push/WhatsApp notifications on updates.
Track user engagement.
4. Packages & Offerings
Packages bundle multiple services (feeds, courses, stock picks). Once purchased, an invoice is auto-generated and emailed.
5. Courses Module
Admin: Create drip-based courses with modules/lessons. Supports video, PDFs, Excel, PPT.
User App: Access only after package purchase. Track progress, unlock modules weekly.
6. Coupons
Users can apply discount coupons during checkout.
Admins can create/manage them with expiry, limits, and type (fixed/%).
7. Affiliate/Referral System
Users: Register with referral code. Can share their referral links.
Admin: Track referrals and issue rewards manually after a purchase. Notifications for successful conversions.
8. Stock Recommendations
Users: View stocks with symbol, allocation %, status (Buy/Hold/Exit), current price, rationale, and reports.
Admin: Add/update stock status and research info.
9. Bookmarks
Users can bookmark feed posts and access them later via a dedicated section.
10. 1:1 Booking (Zoho Bookings)
Users: Schedule paid calls with the advisor via in-app calendar. Payment integration and reminders included.
Admin: Set/manage advisor availability; track sessions.
11. Analytics & Reporting
Real-time transaction dashboard with filters.
Track revenue by product, user analytics, and course completions.
Export data and manage invoices.
12. Moderator Management
Admins can create/edit/delete moderators and manage their permissions.
13. Webinars (Zoho Webinar Integration)
Users: Register and pay for webinars via the app. Join via integrated links.
Admin: Create webinars with fees, media, and manage attendees.
14. Chat Support (Zoho SalesIQ)
Users: Chat with support for queries.
Admin: Handle chats in real time. Optional ticket system for tracking.
15. Paid User View
Admin view to track all paid users and details like payment amount, GST, UTR, and transaction data.
16. Testimonials
Users: Submit testimonials in-app.
Admin: Moderate and publish/reject with minor edits allowed.
17. Push Notification Portal
