We're looking for a freelancer to help us streamline and automate the process of relating deals to calls within our Zoho CRM system.
Project Overview:
We have already set up a workflow that triggers when certain events occur in our Zoho CRM. This workflow is designed to automatically relate deals to calls. However, we need an expert's touch to ensure everything is working seamlessly.
**Scope of Work:**
1. **Review Existing Workflow:** The freelancer will review the existing Zoho CRM workflow to ensure it is correctly set up to trigger when required. Any necessary adjustments or fine-tuning will be made.
2. **Implement Automation:** The freelancer will make sure that deals and calls are automatically related as specified in our workflow. This involves validating that the data being passed meets Zoho CRM's requirements for relation, including data types.
3. **Display Phone Numbers:** We also need the related call information, including phone numbers, to be displayed within the respective deal records. The freelancer will set up the necessary fields and relations to achieve this.
