Build Automated Zoho Workflow for Housing Intake System
Description:
We are developing an end-to-end intake and automation system for a housing support program. We're looking for a Zoho expert to implement a multi-step workflow integrating Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, external APIs, and DHS form automation.
Tasks Include:
Build smart intake form in Zoho Creator (progress bar, conditional logic, autosave)
Set up Zoho CRM to manage client records, status, and staff assignments
Use Zoho Flow/Deluge to automate reminders, triggers, and data mapping
Integrate Availity API (270/271) for real-time MA eligibility check
Use OpenAI or Gemini API to summarize client inputs and prefill DHS-7122 and 7307
Automate form signing with Zoho Sign and PDF mapping
Send notifications via Twilio (SMS + voice bot)
Submit DHS-7948 via Playwright or Puppeteer
Transfer post-approval data to LumixHealth
Deliverables:
Fully working system with admin dashboard
QA tracking, audit logs, and abandonment follow-up
Clean documentation for handoff
Experience Required:
Strong Zoho Creator/CRM/Flow skills
Zoho Sign, Twilio, API integration
Playwright/Puppeteer automation experience preferred
