Restore Zoho Creator Custom Form

Our in-house Zoho Creator app has been partially dormant for more than a year, and the first priority is to revive a single custom form that suddenly stopped working. This form originally captured project details and related financial data for our engineering team, so getting it back online is critical for our day-to-day data collection.

What I can share:
• The form was built entirely inside Zoho Creator with a few Deluge scripts and look-ups to other tables.
• It functioned flawlessly for 1–2 years before throwing an error that now prevents users from submitting or even loading the record view.
