New Client Portal with Zoho Creator

We are looking for someone who can help us develop a new customer portal with Zoho Creator.
One of the first tasks that we need to perform is to be able to have several levels of permissions for different users of the same company. For example, that a user X of Company 1 only has access to the records that he creates, and that a user Y has access to all the records created by the users of that same Company 1.
For this we need 2 types of permission, one "Client" and another "Client Manager" and then through filters to be able to show the corresponding information.

Estamos buscando una persona que pueda ayudarnos a desarrollar un nuevo portal de clientes con Zoho Creator.
Unas de las primeras tareas que necesitamos realizar se trata de poder tener varios niveles de permisos para diferentes usuarios de una misma companía. Por ejemplo, que un usuario X de la Companía 1 solo tenga acceso a los registros que crea, y que un usuario Y tenga acceso a todos los registros creados por los usuarios de esa misma Companía 1.
Para esto deberíamos tener 2 tipos de permiso, uno "Client" y otro "Cliente Manager" y luego mediante filtros poder mostrar la información que corresponda.
