Custom Zoho ERP System for a Mid-Sized Contracting Company (Arabic/English Interface + Workflow Automation)

We are a Saudi-based contracting company seeking a Zoho developer/team to build and customize a full Zoho ERP solution tailored to our operational workflows. This includes Zoho Creator, Zoho People, Zoho Projects, and Zoho Books.
We already prepared a detailed scope of work (in both Arabic and English) that defines the required modules, workflows, and business logic. Your role will be to implement, customize, and integrate the system based on that scope.

• Dynamic workflow: Auto-actions for contract expiry, repeated lateness, absence, etc.

• BOQ entry, subcontractor management, project budgets, timelines, and milestones.
• Finance (Zoho Books or Custom)
• Budget planning per project, employee, asset.
• Alerts for budget thresholds, and bank liquidity checks.
• GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance)
• Register internal policies, risk logs, and compliance workflows.
• Sales Module (via Creator)
• Goals per user, commissions per product group, sales targets, and branch-wise analysis.
• Tickets and Archiving
• Internal support requests, document tracking (in/out), and smart archiving.

• Experience building custom workflows (IF/ELSE logic) and user-level permissions.
• Must support bilingual UI (Arabic + English).
• Integration with email notifications + WhatsApp API.
• Must deliver mobile-ready interfaces (via Zoho Creator App).
• Deliver training + documentation for non-technical users.
