Build Mentor Management System
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m setting up a Mentor Management application in Zoho Creator and want an experienced Zoho developer to take it from concept to a working, user-friendly solution.
Core scope
• Mentor-mentee matching – allow admins to pair or suggest pairings automatically based on predefined criteria.
• Progress tracking – mentors and mentees should be able to log sessions, upload notes, and view milestone dashboards.
• Scheduling with calendar integration – native Zoho calendar is fine, but I’d like hooks ready for Google or Outlook if we decide to add them later.
• Payment gateway – Raxorpay is my first choice, though I’m open to any option that already has a Zoho connector.
• Email notifications – automatic reminders for upcoming sessions, feedback requests, and payment receipts.
What I’ll provide
User flow sketches, basic field list, and branding guidelines. You handle the Creator app build, form/report layouts, Deluge scripting, and integration setup.
Acceptance criteria
1. All features above work smoothly in a live Creator environment.
2. UI follows my branding and passes a quick usability review with two test users.
3. Clean, commented Deluge code and documentation of all custom functions, webhooks, and API calls.
4. A short call or screen-share hand-over so I can maintain the app.
