Zigbee2MQTT Troubleshooting Expert Needed

I'm seeking an experienced Zigbee2MQTT troubleshooter to help me sort out issues with my Z2M network in Home Assistant. Currently I'm having trouble to pair new devices after my network grows above a few dozen devices. Also getting a lot of <ROUTE_ERROR_MANY_TO_ONE_ROUTE_FAILURE> notifications and <ID xx does not exist> errors. I’ve already reset the Zigbee devices, restarted the coordinator, updated the firmware, rebuilt the network, and added more routers.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of Zigbee2MQTT
- Home Assistant expertise
- Proven experience with device pairing issues
- Familiarity with various Zigbee devices (including Ikea stuff)
- Problem-solving skills to diagnose and fix complex network issues
