Hands-On Zigbee Gateway Coaching

I already grasp Zigbee fundamentals, so we can move quickly past the basics and dive straight into practical work. My goal is to master three areas:

• Understanding how a commercial Zigbee gateway and its RCP interact at the packet level
• Building a custom gateway from scratch—hardware selection, firmware flashing, and stack configuration
• Managing, querying, and editing the Zigbee binding table in real deployments

I’d like a mentor who has real‐world experience developing Zigbee solutions, preferably someone who has brought RCP-based or SoC-based gateways to market. Remote, step-by-step sessions (screen-share, example code, trace analysis in Wireshark, etc.) suit me best, complemented by concise tasks I can practise between calls.

When you respond, highlight the relevant products or platforms you’ve worked on (EFR32, CC2652, Z-Stack, EmberZNet, Zigbee2MQTT, or others) and a brief example of a similar coaching or integration project you completed. I’m ready to begin as soon as we agree on a structure and timeline.
