Zendesk expert to implement and customize an entire setup for a crypto exchange

This is a specific per-hour version of another project I posted. Don't bid on both, pick one or the other. Please include an estimated number of hours for the project in the bid. If you can't follow these simple directions I will assume that a bot generated your bid and will delete it.
I need to do a complete Zendesk integration into my crypto exchange app which is based in React js. Our target audience is people with disabilities so this needs to be the best (and accessible) help system in the field which is why I picked Zendesk. If Zendesk doesn't have a chatbot, we will use Olark.
I have nothing. We need it all. Someone has to build the zendesk implementation from scratch, walk us through building a knowledge base, do email templates, everything but NOT training CS agents because we don't have any and won't have them until May,
The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Zendesk installation, customization, and integration. Familiarity with helpdesk software and a keen understanding of user roles and permissions, ticket fields, and email templates are also essential. Knowledge of the WCAG accessibility standards (which is why we chose Zendesk) is helpful.
