Zendesk Confirmation Email Trigger/Automation
Budget: $20 – $70 AUD
I need a Zendesk specialist to set up an automation/trigger that fires the moment a user submits a ticket. The rule should detect every newly-created, user-submitted ticket and immediately send a confirmation email for our RETURNS.
- I will provide the email content
- you setup the trigger/automation for 2 return type of emails
- stop trigger/automation going to ebay, besides our comment, updated comments or customers comment, or updated comments
- you must test with your own eBay account
Deliverables
1. Two working Zendesk trigger or automation configured in my production instance for two type of product returns - these are the confirmation emails sent to the customer after submitting a return/exchange request.
2. Stop trigger/automation going to ebay, besides our comment, updated comments or customers comment, or updated comments
3. Short hand-off note (or quick Loom) explaining where to edit the template and how to disable the rule if needed
Successful completion means I can submit a test ticket, receive the confirmation with the correct data placeholders populated in 2 triggers/autoations, and see the event logged in Zendesk.
