ZENDESK simple IFRAME APP with ticketid parameter

I want an experienced developer to build and install an iframe app which will be visible on the sidebar of the ticket which will present an iframe (with configurable Title, URL and height) and pass the ticketid to the Target URL.
The app needs to be visible on the ticket sidebar and also target the page (in the iframe) by passing the current ticket.id as a parameted in a get request. So if I configure to load https://lalalala.com then the iframe will append "?ticketid=xxxx" to finally load "https://lalalala.com?tickeid=xxxx"
