Trade Management Ticketing System

I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a ticketing system specifically designed for financial advisors to send requests to a money manger. The ticketing system needs to have a client portal that is easy to use with 3 or 4 categories (Raise Cash, Invest Cash, Open New Account,etc) that will automatically rout the request to an agent on the money mangers team. Once request isa completed, the system needs to send an email back to the advisor stating the request was processed. Really just need someone to set up the portal and basic architecture in Zendesk.
