Integrate facebook chatbot with zendesk ticketing system
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
i need to integrate zendesk ticketing system for a handover if a chatbot does not find an answer.
the issue is not to connect page and set zendesk as secondary receiver, but to force zendesk to pass back the contorl on the conversation back to the chatbot, and stop creating tickets when user keeps interacting with the chatbot.
please not the price is rather 30 eur not 250!
