Communicate with cleints through live chat, email
Support clients who submit tickets via email and Zendesk and utilize chat to resolve their issues and connect them to the correct next steps
Manage a volume of 10-30 clients per day while maintaining client service level standards and high quality of response
Use various tools like ZenDesk (tickets and chat),
Track Motorcycles and cars, and provide daily report
Make sure motors are in the correct locations assigned, if not query or instruct compliance
Send Out of location /discrepancy report daily
