Comprehensive Zendesk Setup & Training

I am seeking a skilled professional experienced in setting up Zendesk, as well as providing thorough training on how to use it efficiently. Specifically, you will need to:
- Set up Zendesk for our organization (we have an account setup and used - but prob needs to be re-organized).
- Provide detailed training on how to use Zendesk Support, Zendesk Chat, and Zendesk Guide.
Please note that you will be training a team of less than 10 agents. The ideal freelancer should demonstrate a robust knowledge of Zendesk's features and functionalities, and possess strong communication skills to ensure effective training.
