3D Model a Replica of Balenciaga Runner Shoe sculpture

Need a 3D model created/sculpted of the (in)famous Balenciaga Runner Shoe sculpture. We will need STLs as these will be 3D Printed for a cutting edge art exhibition. Reference pictures included.
