Zapier integration Carrd & Twilio

I need a Zapier integration between Carrd and Twilio to collect user feedback.

I’m looking for a skilled no-code automation expert to build a professional review request system for my Pool service business using the following stack:
I'm looking to hire a freelancer who can build a simple and professional review request automation system in 2 days or less.

Tools to Use:
* Zapier
* Twilio
* Google Sheets
* Carrd.co <-Must use

Goal:
When I enter a customer’s name and phone number into a Google Sheet, they should automatically receive a personalized SMS that asks them to leave a review. The text will include a link to a landing page with buttons for Google, Yelp, and Facebook reviews.

What I Need:
When I enter a customer into a Google Sheet:
* Zapier triggers a personalized SMS through Twilio
* SMS includes a short message + a link to a clean landing page
* Landing page has buttons to review on Google, Yelp, Facebook
* Optional: “Not satisfied?” button leads to private Google Form

Timeline:
This is a 2/3-day build maximum for someone experienced:
* Day 1: Set up landing page Carrd + Twilio SMS template
* Day 2: Complete Zapier integration, test the whole flow

Deliverables:
* Complete Zapier automation connected to my Google Sheet
* Twilio SMS sender configured
* Mobile-friendly review landing page Must be Made on Carrd****


Future Work:
This is the first of many, I plan to sell this system to other service businesses. If this goes well, I’ll hire again to duplicate and adapt the setup for multiple clients.
