Zapier expert needed

I am in need of a Zapier expert to help me automate my email tasks. I am looking for someone who can create multiple actions within the automation process.

Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Zapier and experienced in creating email automations
- Familiarity with integrating Zapier with various software and platforms
- Ability to handle intermediate level complexity in the automation process


I want this

Step 1 triggered when i move mail to submap.
There a 2 pdfs in de email. Add the subject of the mail as text on top of the 2 documents

Step 2
Merge de 2 pdfs to 1 pdf

Step 3
Send the merged pdf to a email adres, the subject must be the same of the mail we started with

Step 4
Add the title of the email to google sheets with the date when the mail is sended.
