Zapier Workflow Automation Setup

I’m looking for a Zapier specialist who can link my day-to-day tools—Gmail, Trello, Google Calendar, Google Drive and Xero—so information flows automatically instead of being copied over by hand.
Deliverables
• One active Zap (or multi-step Zap) that creates Google Calendar events from Trello with field mapping and error-handling in place
• Clear, concise hand-off notes or a short Loom walkthrough so my team can adjust basic fields later
• A brief summary of any limitations you spot and your suggestions for next phases (e.g., piping Xero files to Drive)
