Zapier-WhatsApp Integration for Google Sheets

We have a Google Form and it collects registration data into a linked Google Sheet.
It includes: Name, Email, Phone Number & we have also put a column in the Google sheet with a pre-written message. We want the following to be done:
Once a new response is added in the Google Sheet (new row), the Zap will take the phone number and then use the pre-written message from Google sheet and send a WhatsApp message to this new registration.
Zapier allows us to get messages on our phone if someone registers. BUT, we want the reverse.
We want to send a Whats App thanks message to each new registered user.
NOTE: You can create this system on your Google & Zapier account, configure it and allow me to enter my details in the Google Sheet and I should receive a message. Only then I will put money in the Freelancer system.
Once I have tested it, added money to the freelancer, then you will replicate the same in our account.
