Zapier Tables Automation Build

I have already imported my spreadsheet into Zapier Tables; it holds the qualification details that guide our internal decision-making. Now I need a clean, reliable automation that reacts the very second any record is added or edited—no batching, no daily or weekly schedules.

What I expect from you is a fully configured Zapier Tables workflow that:

• Fires immediately upon any change in the table (new row or field update).
• Processes the data exactly as it appears—field names, formats, and look-ups must stay intact.
• Outputs the updated information to the destinations we agree on (another table, email, Slack, etc.) without creating duplicates or missing rows.

Acceptance criteria
• Trigger tested with live data and shown to run in real time.
• All actions complete without errors across at least three consecutive test runs.
• A short Loom or written walkthrough explaining how to tweak fields and extend the Zap in the future.
