Zapier SMS Confirmation Automation
Budget: $10 – $40 USD
I need a small but reliable Zapier flow that connects our Quo Phone system with Zapier so I can automatically verify when a contractor sends a confirmation text.
Here’s what I already know I need:
• Trigger: an incoming text to Quo Phone that contains a clear confirmation, we use "C" at the moment
• Action: if C received by 9pm, not action; if C not received by 9pm, email operations team
Acceptance criteria
– Zap triggers on every qualifying confirmation text.
– If no confirmation received, email sent to designated email address
– All test data posts correctly with no duplicate runs.
If any filters, webhooks, or Formatter steps are required, feel free to add them; just document the settings so I can maintain the Zap later.
