Zapier Onboarding Automation Setup

I’m ready to streamline our new-hire onboarding with a set of Zapier automations that fire the moment a trigger occurs. Two key flows need to be built:

• Sending welcome emails the instant a new team member’s details hit our system
• Logging those same hires as tasks inside our project-management workspace so nothing slips through the cracks

Everything must run immediately when triggered—no daily or weekly batching. I’ll provide access to the source form or database that captures the hire’s information, plus credentials for our email and project-management platforms. You’ll connect the dots in Zapier, test each Zap end-to-end, and leave clear instructions so we can update or clone the workflows later.

Deliverables:
1. Fully configured Zaps for the email and task-logging workflows
2. A brief walkthrough (screen share or doc) covering logic, filters, and any custom fields used
3. Confirmation that each Zap executes in real time without errors
