Zapier Integration of BOOQABLE and HOLDED
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I need a Zapier expert to connect BOOQABLE with HOLDED to sync sales/orders data.
We are a company based in Spain and must implement the Verifactu system by 1 January 2026.
We are currently working with the software ‘booqable’, which does not carry out this implementation itself, but gives us the following advice:
"We’re aware of the new Spanish Verifiable Invoicing (Verifactu) requirements. At the moment, Booqable does not offer a direct integration with Verifactu or AEAT.
However, Booqable can be connected to Holded (adapted to Verifactu) using Zapier, allowing you to automate the transfer of invoice and booking data between the two platforms.
=> we tried to connect Booqable with Holded using Zapier by ourself but we have problems with mapping and finding the right fields, so the result is that we don't get the invoice we would like to get with Holded...
