Zapier Flow: Jotform to Teams

I’m looking for someone who can set up a clean, hands-off Zapier workflow that catches specific new Jotform.com submissions (exported automatically as a PDF), picks it up from our connected OneDrive, and drops an identical copy into a single, shared folder in Microsoft Teams/SharePoint.

Jotform’s native integration stops at OneDrive, so the Zap will need to trigger on the “new file” event in that OneDrive directory, then copy or move the file—without changing its name or format—into the Teams folder where the whole team already collaborates. No further sub-foldering or sorting is required; everything lands in the same spot.

Deliverables
• Live Zapier automation, fully tested end-to-end
• Clear hand-off notes: which accounts are linked, trigger and action settings, and how to reconnect auth tokens if they expire

I already have admin access to Jotform, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Zapier. You can work in real credentials right away. My only priority is reliability—every PDF must appear in Teams within a couple of minutes of submission. If you’ve done similar OneDrive-to-SharePoint moves with Zapier, you’ll finish this quickly.
