Zapier Expert

We are looking to hire a Zapier expert who can help us set up an automated lead distribution system similar to the one described in the article "How to distribute leads without an expensive CRM": https://zapier.com/blog/distribute-leads-without-a-crm/
**However, our primary source of lead collection will be through VideoAsk**
Key Responsibilities:
- Form Creation: While the article uses Google Forms, we will be using VideoAsk to collect leads. You will need to ensure that the data collected can be easily integrated with Zapier.
- Lead Distribution Logic: The goal is to have one Google Sheet attached to one VideoAsk lead form. The form will collect patient information and the information collected will need to be sent to one contact. The contact information will also need to be collected in one central sheet. There are parameters such as "if not within the ages of __ and ___ do not send to contact" or "if the their zip code is not within ___ miles from a another zip code, do not send lead t contact". -Spreadsheet Creation: Set up a Google Sheets spreadsheet that will serve as the database for our distribution logic.
-Zap Creation: Create a Zap that triggers when a new lead is collected via VideoAsk. This Zap should:
-Identify the right contact based on the lead's details.
-Send an email to the identified recipient/contact with the lead's details.
-Have a safety path to ensure that if a lead doesn't match any criteria, it's sent to a central contact for manual distribution.
-Testing: Conduct thorough testing to ensure that the Zap works as intended. This includes testing for both matched and unmatched criteria.
Requirements:
-Proven experience with Zapier, especially in creating complex workflows.
-Familiarity with VideoAsk or a willingness to learn quickly.
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently and deliver results in a timely manner.
