Zapier Calendar Sync Optimization

I use Zapier to keep three different calendars—Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, and Apple Calendar—in step with one another. Somewhere along the way, my automation began multiplying events and notifications. A single entry now spawns three duplicate events and several alerts, turning a simple reminder into inbox chaos.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Audit my current Zaps and all linked accounts to uncover any duplicate triggers, loops, or mis-configured steps.
• Redesign the workflow so that when I create, update, or delete an event in one calendar, it automatically syncs once (and only once) to the other two calendars.
• Ensure just one consolidated notification is generated instead of three separate ones.
• Document the final setup, outlining which Zaps were adjusted or replaced, so I can maintain or expand it confidently later.
