I’m ready to streamline several repetitive processes in our company and need an experienced Zapier specialist to build 4–5 workflows from scratch.
What I need automated
• Data entry tasks that currently live in Google Sheets
• Email notifications sent through Gmail to both staff and customers
• Sales and purchasing steps that can be enriched with ChatGPT prompts for quick summaries or decision support
How they should run
Most flows will fire from specific email events—think new orders, invoices, or supplier replies—while a few should run on daily or weekly schedules.
Key integrations
Zapier must work smoothly with Google Sheets, Gmail, and ChatGPT. If you have proven tactics for structuring prompts or handling rate limits, let me know.
Deliverables
1. Up to five fully tested Zaps, each documented with a short Loom or text walkthrough
2. Error-handling logic so failures are flagged and retried automatically
