Zapier Automation Expert Needed – Gmail → Google Calendar Setup for Airport Taxi Booking System

We operate Airport Taxi Cheltenham, a professional airport transfer company in the UK. Customers book online and we receive booking confirmation emails in a dedicated inbox (shared after hire).
We want to automate turning those emails into Google Calendar events via Zapier—no more manual copy/paste.
Requirements:
Create a Zap that:
1. Triggers on new booking confirmation emails (specific sender/subject filters provided after hire).
2. Extracts key details using Email Parser or Formatter:
• Pickup Date & Time
• Pickup Address
• Drop-off Address
• Customer Name & Contact Number
• Flight Number (if available)
3. Creates a Google Calendar event:
• Title: “[Pickup Address] → [Drop-off Address]”
• Start: Pickup time
• End: Pickup time + 15 minutes
• Description: All booking details + a blank “Driver:” field for manual assignment
• Timezone: Europe/London (on a dedicated “Airport Transfers” calendar)
4. (Optional) Send a brief notification (Gmail/Slack) when a new booking is added.
Deliverables:
