Zapier AI Audit PDF Design (2 paths)
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I have a Zapier workflow that produces an AI-generated audit for prospects. The zap branches into two paths—a concise free audit and a more detailed paid version—but both end up in a plain, poorly formatted PDF.
What I need is a designer/developer who can take the existing AI output and turn it into a polished, client-ready document. Specifically, the finished PDF should:
• follow a clear, professional layout that works for both the free and paid audit paths,
• keep fonts, headings, and colour styles consistent throughout,
• incorporate my logo
• open with a summary page, include a clickable table of contents, and use distinct section headers so readers can navigate easily.
The zap already delivers content but is not 100% correct; your task is to refine that content and slot it into a reusable template—whether that means tweaking a Google Doc, using InDesign automation, or another PDF-generation tool that plugs into Zapier smoothly. Once the template is set, both paths should flow into it automatically so the correct version is sent without any manual fixes.
