YouTube Content Automation Pipeline

Every weekday I want a fully-hands-off pipeline that starts with an idea and finishes with a scheduled YouTube upload, all stitched together through Zapier.

Here’s the flow to build and test:

1. At a set weekday trigger, AI by Zapier creates an Educational topic(I will give the prompt), instantly followed by a storytelling-style script.
2. That script feeds into ElevenLabs, which returns a Friendly-toned MP3 narration.
3. The audio and script go to HeyGen/Synthesia to render an MP4 video.
4. Canva receives the key details and produces a thumbnail.
5. The finished assets are backed up to the correct Google Drive folder.
6. YouTube uploads the video, applies the Canva thumbnail, adds the script to the description, and schedules the release.
7. After publishing, basic analytics (views, likes, comments) are logged to a dedicated Google Sheet via Zapier.

Deliverables
• A Zapier workflow (or series of Zaps) covering every step above, fully tested on my accounts
• Clear documentation so I can tweak prompts, timing, and destinations myself
• A short run-through video showing the system in action, plus troubleshooting tips

Success means I can flip the switch on Monday morning and watch fresh educational content appear in my channel queue without further manual effort.
