Weekly GSheet Data update

I maintain a Google Sheet that tracks customer information alongside their text-based feedback. Each week I receive fresh CSV files containing the latest customer details and their written reviews. I’d like an automated workflow that pulls those CSV files into the sheet, appends the new rows (or updates existing ones by matching on a unique customer ID), and neatly places the written reviews in the appropriate column so I can run my own analysis without manual copy-pasting.

The update cadence is weekly, so the solution should let me drop—or point to—the CSV and have the sheet refresh on schedule. A lightweight Google Apps Script, a Python script triggered by Google Cloud, or a Zapier/Integromat scenario are all fine as long as the end result is a clean, reliable update that I can easily maintain or tweak later.

Deliverables
• A working script or automation that reads the weekly CSV file and updates the Google Sheet (adds new customers, updates existing ones, inserts their text reviews).
• Clear setup instructions so I can run or modify the process myself.
