Web Form Bug Fix - Integration with Pipedrive

We have a contact form which sends the enquiries to Zapier which in turn posts these to Pipedrive.
There are two Lead Source fields. One is within the Create Leads section and the other is in the Create Organization section of Zapier. The Create Organization section is not sending the Lead Source to Pipedrive correctly. It should be sending the lead source as Email Campaign, but it is sending the Lead Source as Main Website.
I need this fixed and also I need to know what caused the problem.
