Currently, I'm encountering an error: "code":21604,"message":"A 'To' phone number is required." This suggests that a phone number isn't being recognized within my current setup. Your task will be to troubleshoot this issue, create the necessary Zaps in my account, and ensure successful connectivity between Twilio and Zapier for WhatsApp messaging.
When send a message using curl (out of zapier) all is OK.
