Timed Google Forms & WhatsApp Reports

I run four brick-and-mortar stores and I need a small workflow that works every night without anyone touching it. At exactly 22:00 India/Mumbai time a dedicated Google Form for each location must become live, accept a single response only from that branch’s whitelisted email address, then shut itself down the moment that entry is saved. The entry should flow into one master Google Sheet so I always have a historic log.

The moment the master sheet has all four entries for the same date, Zapier should pick up the data, merge the four rows into a clean plain-text summary and push it to my WhatsApp via the Cloud API (Interakt / WATI or any similar endpoint you recommend). After that, nothing else should be sent until the next night’s cycle starts.

Please build the solution with Google Apps Script for the form scheduling and validation, add whatever on-sheet triggers are needed to capture the data, and configure the Zapier webhook that sends the WhatsApp message. I’ll provide access to the Google Workspace accounts and the WhatsApp Business credentials.

Deliverables:
• Four Google Forms with time-based open/close logic and email-based submission control.
• A master Google Sheet that auto-appends each valid submission.
• Google Apps Script code, fully documented, deployed in my workspace.
• A Zapier zap (outlined and tested) that watches the sheet, compiles the nightly plain-text report and sends it to WhatsApp.
