SynthFlow / Zapier / Salesforce Data Integration Specialist Needed

Hi,
We are looking to use synthflow AI to be able to take and make outbound / inbound calls. However, we need to be able to incorporate data fields from our salesforce environment into synthflow (various fields like name, email, service date etc) to be used in the call. I believe this can be done either via synthflow (salesforce app installed) or Zapier. Further, it would be required that updated details / actions be incorperated from the synthflow call back into salesforce.
