Preferred Tech Stack:

What We Need:
1. Backend Migration & Optimization:
• Migrate existing data and workflows from Airtable to Xano to establish a scalable, efficient backend.
• Set up secure user authentication and account management using Xano, while maintaining compatibility with Memberstack if needed.
• Streamline backend processes, automations, and data management currently handled by Zapier.
2. API Integrations Using Wized & Xano:
• Uber Direct API: Enable restaurants to manage deliveries directly from our Webflow portal.
• PhotoRoom API: Allow users to upload and enhance images (background removal, quality improvement).
• Anthropic AI Chatbot API: Integrate an AI-powered chatbot for automated customer support.
• Mailchimp API: Automate email marketing, customer reminders, and notifications.
3. Wized Integration for Dynamic Functionality:
• Use Wized to extend the capabilities of our Webflow front-end, enabling seamless integration with Xano for dynamic data handling.
• Ensure that all APIs and backend processes work smoothly with the Webflow interface using Wized.
4. Webflow Site Design & Performance Enhancements:
• Audit and optimize the existing Webflow site for improved UI/UX, speed, and performance.
• Enhance the design to align with the newly integrated functionalities and improve user flow.
• Ensure a smooth user experience with quick load times and responsive design.
5. Automated Onboarding & Account Creation:
• Implement automated workflows for onboarding new users, where accounts on third-party services (like the white-label order manager) are created upon sign-up.
• Integrate user forms and data capture to streamline user setup.
6. Comprehensive Testing & Debugging:
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure that all integrations, automations, and functionalities are working seamlessly.
• Debug and resolve any issues to ensure a stable, high-performance platform.
